Refund and Returns Policy

At Purasa Corporation, we stand behind the quality of our products. However, we understand that issues can occur during transit. Please review our policy below regarding returns and refunds.

1. Return Window (Damage/Defect Only)

We offer a 7-day return policy, which applies strictly to items that are damaged or defective upon arrival. You have 7 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition.

  • Packed in the original packaging.

  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

   Please Note:

  We do not accept returns for “change of mind,” incorrect selection, or minor variations in product appearance. Returns are only accepted for:

  • Products damaged during delivery.

  • Manufacturing defects or functional issues.

3. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, you must follow these steps:

  1. Record an Unboxing Video: To process a claim for transport damage, you must record a video while unboxing the parcel.

  2. Contact Us: Send the unboxing video and clear photos of the issue to purasa.corporation@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

  3. Approval: If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and specific instructions on where to send your package.

Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

4. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom Products: Special orders or personalized items.

  • Personal Care Goods: Beauty or hygiene products.

  • Hazardous Materials: Flammable liquids or gases.

  • Sale Items & Gift Cards: All sales on these items are final.

6. Refunds

What this really means is that once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved.

  • Processing: If approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Delays: Please note that banks and credit card companies can take additional time to post the refund to your account.

  • Follow-up: If more than 15 business days have passed since your approval and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at purasa.corporation@gmail.com.

7. Return Address

All approved returns must be sent to: Purasa Corporation Anjani, Narayan Nagar-8, Dhebar Road,  Rajkot – 360002, Gujarat.
