Once you place an order, our Sales Executive will reach out to confirm the details. After that confirmation is complete, your parcel will be dispatched within 1 to 2 business days.
What this really means is that we take those first 48 hours to carefully quality-check your items and pack them securely before they head out the door.
Delivery Timeline
After your order has been dispatched, you can expect it to arrive at your doorstep within 4 to 7 business days.
Total estimated time: Most customers receive their orders within 5 to 9 days of the initial confirmation call.
Tracking: As soon as your package is with our courier partner, we will provide you with tracking information so you can follow its journey.

Business Days: Our shipping timelines refer to business days (Monday through Saturday). We do not typically ship on Sundays or public holidays.
